Shipping policy

 

Order Processing

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Orders typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Production times may vary during peak seasons or high-volume periods.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they enter production.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin after production is complete. Shipping timelines vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or weather

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, all delivery-related issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Verified issues caused during fulfillment may qualify for a replacement.

 

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on fulfillment location and availability. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.

 

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
